At Full Circle Fitness we aim to keep fitness safe, effective and fun, with a strong emphasis on doing the right things consistently. Our goal is to ensure that each client successfully makes long-term, positive improvements on their lifestyle and to guarentee this, our personal training service consists of the following five points:
- Weekly personal training sessions
- Nutritional assesments and recommendations
- Goal setting program
- Health and fitness assessments
- Structured homework program
Weekly Training Sessions
Our team of personal trainers are experienced in using a variety of innovative and fun training methods that are specific to the individual needs of the client and their fitness level. Boxing, walking, jogging, skipping, resistance training, fitball and medicene ball activities, core stability, functional training and postural training are just some of the ways that we achieve great results at home or outdoors.
Nutritional Assessments and Recommendations
50% of your personal training success hinges on what you eat. For this reason we are extremely pro-active in teaching each how to gradually change their nutrition to maximise their results. We use a 4-day nutritional apprasial to analyse your current diet. We then recommend gradual changes to ensure that you effectively change your eating habits.
Goal Setting Program
To ensure that all of our clients achieve what they want and understand how they are going to get there, we provide a goal setting program at the commencement of training. After consulting your personal trainer, realistic but challenging goals are set in two 6 week cycles. Not only do we establish your goals and encourage you to display them as a constant reminder, but we also identify what exactly has to be done to achieve them. Put simply, this is your blue-print for success.
Health and Fitness Assessments
Based on the goals that you have set with your personal trainer, you will then undergo a series of fitness tests within your first week of training. These tests are specific to the areas that you want to improve and provide a great source of motivation as you see your body shape and fitness change as your training progresses. A re-assessment will be done every 6 weeks, during your personal training session, to measure your continual improvement.
Homework Program
To ensure that all of our clients are achieving the best results possible, we outline homework that is to be completed between each personal training session. Your homework may vary from nutritional changes, stretching exercises, walking or something more strenuous. Having homework not only contributes to your results but also encourages each client to be accountable to live a healthy life.
