after making an enquiry with fcf, you can expect the following:
before the session
- one of our team will call you do discuss your personal training options; what you have done in the past, what worked, what didn't and your ideal training times.
- once this is completed your personal trainer will call you 24 hours before your first appointment to confirm everything is still okay for tomorrows session.
during the session
- your personal trainer will arrive with their training kit and some documentation to discuss what you would like to achieve from your training. This process will include:
- pre-exercise questionairre form to get an idea of any injuries or health concerns that we need to be made aware of.
- health assessment to gauge your current fitness level
- goal setting sheet to see where you want to go and how you are going to get there - fast!
- 4 day nutritional analysis for you to fill in and see what your food intake is like and what we need to change.
- your trainer will step you through your first session based around your goals and current level of fitness. You will also be taught a few training fundamentals which are imperative to your training success.
- your first personal training session will conclude with a stretch and cool down. This is where you get to lie down and relax while your trainer does all the work (stretching you and helping your relax!!!)
- you will then have some homework recommended for you to complete before your next session which will assist in achieving your goals.

the next day
- it is normal to feel a little sore in your legs and abdoiminals the next day as it is normally a bit of a shock for the body when starting an exercise program. But simply repeating any of the stretches you performed yesterday will help you alleviate the soreness.
- you can expect a call from your trainer to follow up, see how you enjoyed the session and confirm your training times for your next session.
