"My husband and I have been using the training services of Full Circle Fitness for over 9 months now. In that time, our lives (both mentally and physically) have undergone a huge transformation. 
  
Initially, we found that we couldn't find the time to exercise in our busy day and we also found that we were not spending any time together. So to kill two birds with one stone, we called Full Circle and organised for Rick to come around and chat about how things worked (we had no idea and our only experience of personal training was watching The Biggest Loser).
  
So after that initial meeting, it was obvious that Rick was passionate about helping us achieve our (what we thought were unrealistic) goals so we began with two sessions per week, starting the next day. With both of us having busy careers, we had no option but to begin our training at 6am in the morning (ouch) and as we were not morning people this was our first challenge.
  
Now that I think back on that time I shake my head at how lazy we were and how many bad habits we had collected over the last 20 years. Not only did Rick take us through well paced and fun workouts, but he also stepped us through the other services provided by Full Circle.
  
These included assessing and changing our nutrition - this proved to be one of the hardest tasks but one that we are now in control of. The biggest lesson that we learnt from this process is that bad habits are exactly that - habits. They can all be changed with a little persistence and dedication (and someone else making sure you actually do them).
  
He also designed a homework program for us to do outside of our training sessions. This consisted of some stretching and core exercises to help with my bad lower back and some light walking for my husband. Although we all know how to do this stuff, it is amazing how much of it you get done when you have someone coming to your house to check in with you every week.
  
Aside from the physical benefits, we also loved the convenience of being able to train from home. I must admit that we were a little suspect about this when we first enquired, but we have completed a huge variety of sessions comfortable in our spare room. Who would have thought?
  
Finally, we would recommend the professional, effective and convenient services of Full Circle Fitness to anyone who wants to achieve their goals in a quicker, safer and more enjoyable manner. Having someone else care about us had made all of the difference. Thank you Full Circle Fitness."
